[BSB] Championnat 2011

Le final de la dernière course est splendide ! Mais mon préféré à perdu...Snif !

Pour ma part je n'avais pas vraiment de préférence, Monneret en avait une c'est sur! Je trouve que Shane Byrne a un avenir certain aussi dans cette catégorie, au vu des dernieres courses, espèrons qu'il aura une bonne machine encore l'an prochain.
Je trouve par contre dommage qu'en fin de compte Hopkins ait perdu à cause d'une panne electronique en seconde course, car là il a fini 12, ce qui est anormal... Mais bon on sait tous que c'est la course, il n'a vraiment rien à se reprocher, et le final de la derniere course était splendide, digne des meilleures courses de GP 125, avec les chevaux en plus!
Bravo à Hill qui a gagné, sur Hopkins, il ne l'a pas volé, juste eu un poil de chance, mais il en faut !

Une fin de course splendide , cela s'est joué à pas grand chose et malgré sa défaite , Hopkins prouve qu'il à le niveau pour aller "jouer" un cran au dessus.

Effectivement, il paraît, mais NOUS, les amateurs de Grand Prix, on a ça à chaque course de Zarco...

zarco ? c'est le pt'it gars qui a oublié qu'une course se terminait que quand la ligne d'arrivée était franchie , non ?

bref , Si cela s'est joué à un cheveux en SBK , coté Superport , ce fut pas mal également. Ben Wilson remportait donc la première manche quand Seeley chutait, le pilote kawa menait alors le championnat de 11 points. En deuxième manche dans des conditions précaires Seeley tirait son épingle du jeu en finissant 2 eme alors que Wilson auteur d'un départ moyen , il s'est retrouvé 8 eme , devait se contenter de la 4eme place.



Avant la dernière course wilson n'avait donc, plus que 4 points d'avance. Seeley a donc pour la dernière course tenté le tout pour le tout , et apres avoir "laissé" Wilson mené , il le dépasse dans le 5 eme tour pour finir vainqueur de la course pour 2.3 S et ainsi remporté le titre Supersport pour ... 1 point !




Alastair Seeley:

“That’s the season over and the British championship wrapped up. Philip and Hector gave me a job to do for the team this year and the new GSX-R600 was an awesome package just out of the crate. It’s an amazing achievement for me, for the team and all the sponsors involved. It’s been great racing with Ben all year; very exciting and I’m sure it made good TV for the fans.

We didn’t give each other an inch all year. I’m on top of the world after the win and after a small party tonight it’ll be time to get ready for the Sunflower then a break out in Australia.

When I heard the rain coming down on Sunday morning I knew I was being thrown a lifeline. I had to be smart in that first race and although I had a couple of moments I brought it home safe in second place. In the last race Ben tried to make a break but I managed to stay with him and found out where I was faster, then with the pace we were running all weekend I knew I could break him.

When I got to the front and saw my board creeping up and up I got into the comfort zone. I was able to run my own lines and hit every apex, so yeah brilliant to take my second championship with the team, and I’d like to thank everyone for their effort this year.”


Ben Wilson :

“To say I am disappointed is an understatement,” said Wilson. “I am devastated as I had my heart set on winning the title this year. I managed to get the lead in the last race but made a couple of mistakes and that allowed Seeley to get ahead. Once he got the gap on me it was all over. To be fair the gap didn’t increase but fair play to him, he rode a good race and in the end took the title from under my nose.
I want to say a big thank you to everyone at Gearlink Kawasaki, all my sponsors, supporters and also my family who have been behind me all season. I am just sorry we couldn’t have brought the title back for them.”

Super vidéo, mais hélas, synonyme de fin de saison, avec la reprise des longues et ennuyeuses fin de week end sans moto pour nous divertir...

En tout cas, quand elle chute, c'est avec "style" !

si chez HM Plant , ils hesitent , on a un petit jeune, vice-champion d'europe qui connait le BSB

Il y a Francis Bata qui cherche un pilote aussi si je ne me trompe

Hill a remporté le championnat pour 6 millièmes devant Hopkins, une roue d'avance.

Pourtant en début du week end HILL était loin d'HOPKINS, j'ai regardé les 2 premières manches.

Y'avait du baston et beaucoup de chutes, HOPKINS est tombé en panne avec la SUZUKI et a pu repartir avec au moins 20 secondes de retard et il fini 11 je crois.

Donc au départ de la troisième (et dernière) manche John avait plus qu'un seul point d'avance sur HILL, donc celui qui finissait devant l'autre gagnait le championnat.

Dommage pour moi je n'ai pas pu voir cette manche , dommage aussi pour HOPKINS.
