| Gefeliciteerd en bedankt ! Super !!!! Naar mijn mening is het mooiste motor die wordt gebruikt in GP.
En résumé, les japonnais font quand même de superbes moteurs.... Mais que fait la Grande Bretagne pour se réveiller et nous offrir un superbe moteur Triumph développé par Cosworth ? ... |

Cosworth developed a beautiful compact and very powerful 3-cylinder MotoGP engine - for Aprilia! In the first year of 990 cc MotoGP four-strokes the Aprilia Cube was the only engine with pneumatic valve springs; Cosworth just cut a piece off their F1-engine. That Aprilia was even more powerful than the Ducatis.
There was only one problem: it had no throttle cables; everything was fly-by-wire. 
"Listen", said Aprilias technical director. "On a motorcycle you don't call it fly-by-wire but ride-by-wire". "Then you ride it", said one of the riders (I don't remember if it was Edwards or Haga), "And you will see how high it makes you fly!"
